Through interviews with 6 participants, we found a clear pattern: all of them are early adopters who actively seek out and experiment with new technologies.
More importantly, they see themselves not just as users, but as contributors to innovation — eager to share feedback, influence product development, and feel included in the evolution of technology.

Idea
Gathering feedback to improve the product is an essential process for every technology product. It's through this iterative cycle that products evolve into more perfect and widely accepted tools for daily life.
Therefore, we designed a feedback website to create a more effective bridge between users and tech companies, aiming to address the insights we gathered from our interviewees.

Utilize the Figma prototype combined with Maze to create tasks, which require Team 1’s assistance to perform moderated tests with 6 participants (in person or remotely is optional), testing operational workflows and inspecting participants to obtain deeper insights through qualitative feedback and direct communication

Based on these findings, we refined the final prototype by improving task guidance, enhancing visual cues and feedback, and optimizing the bookmark and community features.

The website design adopts a futuristic gaming style, characterized by a color scheme of blue, white, and black.
